How long does a house clearance take?
House clearance London timescales vary depending on the size of the property and the amount of waste to be collected & loaded into our vans. Small houses / waste loads will take around 3-6 hours, medium / large houses can take up to a day, again, this is very much dependent on the size of the property and the amount of rubbish / goods involved.
Heavier, more complex items such as fridge freezers, washing machines, tumble driers and dishwashers can involve additional removal steps, especially if they are integrated, it will mean our team will have to remove them in accordance with how they were fitted.
During the quote process we'll ask you to identify how much waste / material is likely to be involved (or, if you are unsure you can provide photos) - this will allow us to give you a time estimate for how long we think it will take to undertake property cleaning & junk removal.
