Do I have to lift a finger?

No, we do all the lifting and disposal of rubbish into our van. You can sit back and relax but feel free to help if you like, i'm sure the team won't mind.

What items not included in a rubbish clearance?

You will have got a pop up of extra items, e.g fridges etc when checking out. We can take these but are charged extra due to the way in which they are disposed of. It is the right thing to do to dispose of these in the correct way and we are proud to be able to deliver such a service.

What if my load is more/less than I booked?

Sometimes people underestimate how much waste they have. If the service selected is less than what you need the driver will only take the load paid for. Our customer services are on hand to inform you of the price to take the remaining items/waste. If you agree we will send you a link for payment, no stress. If you pay more and require less, we will refund you the difference in 5 working days.

Maximum we can take is one full load, but can come back for more of course.

Will you tidy up after?

Yes, we will make sure we sweep up to ensure there are no small annoying bits left leaving your space nice and clean.

What happens to my waste?

All of our carriers are registered licensed waste carriers - meaning you can rest assured your junk will not end up at the end of the road. We sift your waste and reuse and recycle what we can. You'll get your Digital Waste Transfer Note emailed to you directly after the job - you need this legally and should retain it for two years. If you lose it don't worry, we store it too!
